About Production time:

It depends on the process and quantity.

For the customized products, usually, it takes 3 - 5 days to make sample or mould, and 7 - 14 days to mass produce. 

If you don’t need to make the sample, then much time can be saved.

If the products are in stock, then it will be delivered in 2 - 5 days.

About shipping time:

Express (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc): 4 - 10 working days.

Air (door to door): 7 - 12 working days

Railway (door to door): 27 - 35 working days

Shipping (door to door): 30 - 40 working days

In addition, for some projects and countries, you may need to consider the time of customs clearance.

Also, the time will be influenced by weather and holidays.
